Clevix Studio Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect account details such as your name and email address. We also keep information about team members connected to an account.
- App and workflow data you send to us.
- Events, run inputs and outputs, and logs.
- Usage records used to operate and bill the service.
- Technical logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.

Why we use it
We use this data to run the service, bill for it, keep it secure and provide support.
We also use technical and usage records to find faults, prevent abuse and understand service capacity.

Payments
Paddle processes payments and receives the billing details needed to complete an order. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record.
We do not store your card number. Paddle has its own privacy terms for the data it processes.

Hosting
The service is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes data as part of providing hosting, network and security services.

How long we keep data
Run data is kept for the history period included in your plan. It is then deleted.
We keep account data while the account is open. We delete it after the account is closed, except where we must keep a record for tax, legal, security or dispute purposes.

Your UK GDPR rights
You may ask for access to your personal data. You may ask us to correct or delete it. You may also object to some uses of it or ask us to restrict processing.
