The service
Clevix Flow is run by Clevix Studio Ltd in the United Kingdom. It provides hosted tools for background jobs and workflows.
Our online reseller Paddle.com conducts the order process. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment-related customer service, returns and refunds.

Accounts and security
You must give accurate account information. Keep your password and access keys secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you believe an account or key has been misused.

Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal content or activity. Do not abuse the service, attack systems, spread malware, probe security without permission or interfere with other customers.
You must follow the law and respect the rights of other people.

Your code and data
You keep ownership of the code and data you send to the service.
You give us the limited right to process that code and data only as needed to run, secure and support the service.

Subscriptions and usage
Subscriptions are billed monthly. They renew each month until you cancel.
The plan fee includes the stated amount of usage. Usage above that amount may be charged at the end of the billing period or taken from your prepaid wallet. Prices are before tax. Tax may be added at checkout.

Changes and availability
We may change or improve the service. We will try to give reasonable notice when a change would materially reduce core features.
The service may sometimes be unavailable. We do not promise a specific uptime level unless we agree one with you in writing.

Suspension
We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, a security risk or a serious breach of these terms.
Where it is practical, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the issue.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
To the extent the law allows, Clevix Studio Ltd is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

Ending the service
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month and then does not renew.
We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach. When an account ends, your right to use the service ends. Sections that are meant to continue will remain in force.

Governing law
The law of England and Wales governs these terms. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any rights the law gives consumers in another place.
